Eco-responsible shipping

At Culture Grenier, we do everything we can to ensure that each shipment is carried out with the smallest possible carbon footprint.

This is why we favor the reuse of shipping supplies: cardboard, polystyrene, paper and plastic packing are regularly collected from other companies and retailers to give them a second life for shipping to your home.

For years now, we have been shipping CDs and DVDs without plastic cases to reduce the weight of packaging and the volume of our daily shipments, while still providing you with free shipping.

CDs and DVDs are shipped with all their inserts: booklet, front and back inserts for CDs, jacket for DVDs. Everything is carefully slipped into two plastic sleeves specially created for storage and shipping. A cardboard reinforcement is added in the bubble envelope adapted to the format to avoid any breakage during transport.

Upon receipt, you can choose to keep your CD or DVD in these sleeves, or opt to place it in a rigid case. If you absolutely must, you can request delivery in a plastic case; in this case, please remember to indicate this when placing your order. Please note that CDs and DVDs originally presented in a DIGIPACK sleeve or a specific case are obviously shipped in their original container.

Light and small items are shipped free of charge to your home by LA POSTE using a Green Letter with a tracking number. Delivery times are slightly longer than priority mail (approximately 3 business days in mainland France), but the use of transport methods such as trains and electric vehicles makes the environmental impact more reasonable.
